Reblooma

FSA & HSA for therapeutic massage

Get paid in pre-tax dollars.
Keep the patients you'd have lost.

You already chart. Reblooma turns your notes into documentation your patients can submit to their FSA or HSA — so a session costs them about 30% less and your rate never moves. A successfully swiped FSA/HSA card isn’t proof the visit qualified: if their administrator asks and nothing backs it up, they repay it, and quietly stop booking.

Free to join. Nothing per session.

Built for a practice of one

Front desk, therapist, bookkeeper — Reblooma does the paperwork while you work.

RUNS YOUR DAY

  • Calendar, bookings and patient roster in one place
  • Check-in at the front, card payment at checkout
  • Notes and invoices built from what you logged
  • Earnings per session: gross, fee, net

WHAT IT DOES FOR THE BOOK

  • You never discount. Same price to you, roughly 30% less to them.
  • They arrive with the money already set aside. And an FSA deadline to spend it by.
  • A patient, not a booking. One letter covers roughly 24 sessions across twelve months — so the first visit starts a course of care, not a one-off.
  • Ninety minutes costs less than sixty did. The upgrade stops being a splurge.
  • Paid when you sign. Never waiting on an administrator's decision.

Your money moves once.

You same day, full rate
Their plan afterward, without you

From the patient to you, and that's the end of it. The claim happens somewhere you're not.

And it costs you nothing to try

Everything in one place

Calendar, bookings, patient roster, check-in and card payment.

Nothing to install

Nothing to join. Nothing per session.

Or keep what you have

Plenty of practices run both. Book where you always have; let Reblooma handle the documentation.

Getting paid

This is a cash visit, not an insurance claim.

Your patient pays you at checkout, at your full rate, same as anyone else. What happens after that is between them and their plan — it never touches your money. No claims to file, no denials, no clawbacks, nothing to chase.

One difference: your payout releases once the session note is signed. The AI seat drafts it from what you logged, you check it and sign — about five minutes.2 Same day, not thirty.

Questions therapists ask

1. What is an FSA or HSA? +
Money set aside from a paycheck before taxes, for health care. Over 60 million Americans hold one. FSA funds expire yearly — nearly half forfeit some.
2. Does massage qualify? +
More often than you'd think. Chronic shoulder and back pain, headaches, sleep problems, stress-related tension — you're almost certainly treating patients with these already. Relaxation alone doesn't qualify, but a documented condition does. The setting is never the test; the paperwork is.
3. I work at a day spa, a resort, or I'm mobile. Can I join? +
Yes. Day spas, resorts, wellness practices and mobile or in-home therapists are all welcome — the setting was never the test. You need to be a licensed massage therapist, and the session has to treat what your client's letter covers. If your spa takes payment rather than you, we'll set things up with them so the invoice comes from the business that was paid.
4. I'm not clinically trained. Can I still write the notes? +
Yes. You answer a few plain-language prompts — what your client told you, where you worked, what changed — and Reblooma turns them into a proper session note for you to check and sign. You never diagnose; the condition comes from the clinician's letter. If a session drifts outside what the letter covers, you'll see it before you sign.
5. My card machine already takes FSA/HSA cards. Do I need this? +
A swipe clearing means the card was not declined, not that the visit qualifies. If the administrator later asks for proof and there is none, your patient repays it. That is the patient who quietly stops booking.
6. When do I get paid? +
At the time of service. No waiting on an insurer or administrator, and your payout never depends on whether your patient is reimbursed.
7. What does it cost me? +
The platform is free — no signup fee, nothing per session. One optional add-on: an AI seat that drafts your notes, priced before launch. Card processing fees apply to payouts, as with any terminal.
8. Who approves the claim? +
Your patient's FSA/HSA plan administrator decides, not you and not us — which means the claim is never yours to chase. Reblooma makes sure the documentation is ready before it's asked for, and if their administrator wants more, we help your patient answer it.
