Privacy Notice
This notice covers reblooma.com and the Reblooma waitlist. Reblooma is in development; when the service opens and we begin handling clinical records, a separate notice will cover that, with stricter rules than these.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist or start a consultation, you give us:
- checkYour name, email address and mobile number
- checkYour ZIP code
- checkWhether you are a patient or a practitioner, and if a practitioner, your practice name
- checkWhether you asked to be a pilot practice, and whether you agreed to receive text messages
We also record which page and which button you came from, and any campaign or referral code in the link you followed, so we know which of our efforts reached you.
We do not ask for health information on this website. Please don’t send us symptoms, diagnoses or medical history through this site or by email.
How we use it
- checkTo tell you when Reblooma opens, and in which areas
- checkTo answer you when you contact us
- checkTo arrange calls with practices who ask to be pilot practices
- checkTo understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone so they can market their own products.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of services, each bound to use the data only to provide their service to us:
- checkGoHighLevel stores waitlist contacts and sends our emails and texts
- checkGoogle Analytics and Microsoft Clarity show us how the site is used; Clarity records page interactions with typed text masked
- checkMeta tells us whether an advert led to a sign-up
- checkGitHub Pages hosts this website
If you choose to start a consultation, you leave our site for Dr. B, an independent telehealth practice with its own privacy practices. What you tell their clinicians is between you and them; we do not receive it.
Cookies and tracking
Analytics and advertising services set cookies or similar identifiers to recognise return visits and to measure adverts. You can block them in your browser settings or with an ad blocker, and the site will still work. We do not use cookies to build profiles about your health.
Email and text messages
Joining the waitlist means we may email you about Reblooma. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We text you only if you ticked the box asking us to; reply STOP to any message and we stop. Message and data rates may apply.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until you ask us to delete it, or until two years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- checkTell you what we hold about you
- checkCorrect anything that is wrong
- checkDelete your information
- checkStop emailing or texting you
Write to hello@reblooma.com and we will act within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for asking. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.
Children
Reblooma is not for under-18s, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us details, write to us and we will delete them.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and limited access. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send us anything sensitive by email.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes are emailed to everyone on the waitlist.
